We are not responsible for balloons that deflate, pop, or change in appearance after installation or pickup.

2. All Sales Are Final – Due to the nature of our custom balloon creations, all sales are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in cases where cancellations are made by Honey Bee Design Co.

3. Safety Notice – Balloons can pose a choking hazard to children and pets. Please ensure proper supervision and disposal of balloons once they have deflated. Honey Bee Design Co is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by balloons.

4. Outdoor Installations – While we take all precautions to secure outdoor balloon décor, we cannot guarantee longevity due to weather conditions. Wind, rain, and extreme temperatures may affect the durability of balloons.

5. Liability Waiver – By booking with Honey Bee Design Co, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or issues resulting from the use of our balloon décor after delivery or installation.
