Hi! I’m Melissa Ruetty, a North Florida native with a lifelong love for all things creative and celebratory. As a military spouse, mama, and doodle mom, I know how important it is to make life’s special moments unforgettable.

My passion for party décor started with cake decorating, event planning, and, of course, balloons! In recent years, I’ve dedicated myself to perfecting the art of balloon design, creating high-quality, beautiful installations that bring joy and flair to any celebration.
